Premade Items: Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Made-to-order Items: 1 week processing time and then 2 to 4 weeks production time then 3 to 4 days shipping time.

Please note that processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or sales events.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays
We strive to meet our delivery times, but delays can occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery before contacting customer support.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipments
For orders outside the United States, it's important to note that import duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility. These additional charges, not included in your purchase from Backend Gallery, should be paid upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges.
